Ranchero's Summer Treat

Foodies are in for a treat, as one of Gensan’s iconic restaurants is switching things up.
Just last week, Ranchero introduced their latest additions to their menu on their 17th anniversary as they’re equally intent on moving forward with the times.

Hence, to welcome in the whispers of warmer weather, the establishment’s has refreshed their culinary offerings and launched a sterling new menu for the summer season.

The new dishes feature family recipes, traditional dishes with modern twists, and organic salads (with ingredients straight from their own farm), were presented on a rustic table set up, which appealed to all senses.

The many mouth-watering items that dot the new menu are sure to go down a treat, starting off with the all organic Caesar salad and Summer Vegetable salad in Passion fruit and Mango Dressing salad that burst with different colours, flavours and textures. To the main courses, Lengua Estofado with Potato Mash, Sizzling Chicken Steak, Rellenong Sarangani Bangus, Callos ala Madrileña, and my personal favourites their Crispy Binagoongang Pinapugon na Liempo and their Spicy Deviled Crispy Pata are absolutely satisfying. Their latest additions are substantial in portions, overflowing with flavour, with reasonable prices, which is great for sharing.
